Getting set up

Day-to-day service

- Live floor — the main screen during service: seat, turn, and clear tables, synced across devices.
- Reservations — confirm bookings, take phone bookings, keep internal notes.
- Walk-in queue — when you’re full, guests scan a QR to line up and get called back via LINE.
Bringing guests in
- Booking link & embed button — put it on Google Business Profile, Instagram, and your website.
- Guests & regulars — tags and notes, each regular’s return rhythm, win-back list.
- Future waitlist — fully booked? Guests leave their preferred window and get notified when a table opens.
- LINE notifications — how guests receive confirmations, reminders, and table-ready alerts.
