Terms of Service

Welcome to Tabler (tabler.pro, "the Service"). The Service provides online reservations, floor management, walk-in queueing and guest management for restaurants. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Tabler provides restaurants ("Merchants") with a reservation back office, and diners ("Guests") with pages and embeddable widgets for checking availability and booking. Core functionality is free for Merchants; if paid add-ons launch later they will be clearly marked and opt-in, without affecting free use of the core product.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

• Merchants must register with accurate information and keep their credentials safe; actions taken through a Merchant account are attributed to the Merchant.
• Guests must provide accurate contact details when booking, and honor or cancel their reservations in good faith.
• Automated abuse (mass bookings, scraping, interference with the Service) and any unlawful use are prohibited.

3. Data and export

Reservation and guest data generated by a Merchant's operation belongs to the Merchant. Merchants can export their data at any time, and may request deletion of their account and associated data after leaving. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

4. Changes and availability

We continuously improve the Service; features may be added, changed or removed, with notice for significant changes. The Service is provided "as is". For outages caused by force majeure or third-party services (networks, SMS, LINE), we will restore service as quickly as possible but are not liable for indirect damages.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates are posted on this page with a new date, and significant changes are notified to Merchants. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
