Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Tabler (tabler.pro) cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.
1. What we collect
- Merchant data: restaurant name, contact details, account credentials, table and service configuration.
- Reservation data: the guest's name, phone, email, LINE account (when logging in with LINE or opting into LINE notifications), party size, time and notes.
- Technical logs: operational server logs (such as access times and IP addresses) used for debugging and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- To create and manage reservations — your booking details go to the restaurant you booked.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and queue notifications (email or LINE).
- To maintain and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Storage and protection
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1) and encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Notification delivery goes through the relevant providers (such as LINE and email services) with only the content needed to deliver the notification.
4. Retention and your rights
- Reservation data is retained as part of the relevant restaurant's operating records; merchants can export or delete their data.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- Management flags such as blacklists are visible only to that restaurant.
5. Cookies
The Service uses only the cookies needed for login sessions and basic functionality — no third-party ad tracking.
